What fabric do you use to make your scrubs? 

Our medical scrubs online are made from breathable, recyclable material with anti-microbial technology, making them suitable for daily wear.  

Can I customize my scrubs? 

Absolutely! Upon request, we can embroider or print your name/design on your medical apparel and accessories. Please note, we cannot accept return on customize product. Kindly contact us at info@kotyss.com if you would like to customize.  

 

Orders 

I made a mistake while ordering. Can I cancel it? 

Unfortunately, once we hand over your order to a courier, it cannot be canceled. So, as soon as you realize you made a mistake, please contact us to cancel it so you can get the right products.  

 

Shipping 

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we ship our medical apparel and accessories to almost all destinations across the globe.  

How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

For orders placed within Canada and the United States, it takes from 3 to 8 business days on regular shipping and 2 to 4 business days on express shipping to arrive once dispatched. However, if your shipping destination is outside Canada and the United States, it may take from 6 to 12 business days, depending on where you are.  

Where is my order? 

You can track your order using the unique tracking number we send you via email or text once your order is dispatched. If it is past the estimated day of delivery and you have not yet received your order, please connect with us to ensure that your order is delivered to you. 

 

Returns & Exchanges  

Can I return or exchange a product? 

If you are unhappy with our products, we would love to make it up to you. You can request a return or an exchange by visiting the My Orders section of our website. Your return or exchange will be successful provided you return all products to us in their original condition with all tags intact. 

For returns, your refund will be initiated, and your money will be credited to your original payment method.
