Thank you for shopping at Kotyss. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any Products that You purchased with us.
Any Product once received by you, can be returned to us for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery of the package if:
- You received a damaged/faulty Product;
- You received a wrong Product;
- Your Product didn’t arrive;
- You aren’t satisfied with the Product.
If you received a damaged Product, please contact us with proof as below:
- The photos of original package with front and back sides.
- The photos or video of the defective Product(s).
- The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective Product.
We will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement, as soon as the problem is confirmed. You will be responsible for all cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We do not take responsibility for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by Kotyss if:
- The Product has been used or altered in any manner;
- The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;
- The Product is not accompanied by the original invoice of purchase.
- The serial number/IMEI number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match our records;
- The accessories delivered with the Product are not returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition;
- The Product was marked as non-refundable, clearance sale/final sale, gift or promotional item;
- There are any major stains, dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof;
- The Product doesn’t reach us in sellable condition;
- Kotyss is satisfied that the Product has been rendered used, defective or unusable;
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Product that does not meet the refund conditions in our sole discretion. We will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement as soon as we receive the Product from you. This process might take 14 days to a month depending upon the different scenarios.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or click on Start a Return/Exchange section located on the bottom of our website page. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by us.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can cancel your order before the Product has been shipped. Amount paid will be refunded back to the same mode which was chosen by you at the time of making the payment. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped from our warehouse.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as scrubs with custom embroidery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
